Seller photography guide

Photos that help a golf cart sell with fewer surprises.

Good listing photos answer questions before the buyer asks. Use a clean background and natural light, show the complete cart from multiple angles, document important components, and include close-ups of wear or damage.

01

Prepare the cart

Remove personal belongings, wipe down the body and seats, organize accessories, and choose a safe open location. Avoid heavy filters, extreme wide-angle distortion, screenshots, stock images, and photographs that hide the lower body or wheels.

02

Essential photographs

Start with front three-quarter, rear three-quarter, both sides, dashboard, seating, roof, windshield, wheels and tires, battery or engine compartment, charger, serial-number area, accessories, and any paperwork that can be shown without exposing private information.

  • Front and rear three-quarter views
  • Both sides and passenger area
  • Battery or engine compartment
  • Tires, controls, charger, and accessories
  • Every area of wear or damage
03

Disclose defects visually

Photograph cracks, fading, corrosion, upholstery damage, worn tires, broken accessories, leaks, and repairs closely enough for a buyer to understand them. A clearly disclosed defect builds more trust than a surprise discovered during inspection.

Golf Cart Match accepts mobile uploads and lets sellers identify wear or damage photographs separately from general listing photos.
