Include the buyer and seller names and addresses, transaction date, purchase price, make, model, year, color, serial number or VIN, power type, battery information, odometer or hours when available, and a detailed list of included accessories and documents.

Condition and promises
Write down known damage, mechanical issues, battery age, repairs, delivery commitments, deposit terms, and any limited promise the parties agree upon. Avoid relying on verbal statements that do not appear in the final document.
If the cart is sold as-is, the document should still accurately record disclosures and cannot make false ownership or condition statements acceptable.
Complete the transfer
Verify payment, exchange signed copies, remove personal property, provide agreed keys and accessories, and complete any title, registration, decal, lien, tax, or notice requirements. Buyers should not accept mismatched serial numbers or incomplete ownership documents.
