Inventory accuracy

• Only list carts the dealership is authorized to sell.
• Keep price, availability, location, photos, specifications, and condition current.
• Disclose known damage, material defects, title or registration limitations, and whether a cart is new, used, refurbished, demo, or trade-in.
• Use one stable, unique source reference per cart or valid new-cart configuration.
• Upload a complete replacement catalog whenever inventory changes; omitting a row removes that cart from public results.
• Remove or mark sold inventory promptly and avoid duplicate listings.

Buyer conduct

• Identify the dealership clearly and respond professionally.
• Do not use misleading urgency, bait pricing, hidden mandatory add-ons, or fabricated reviews.
• Protect buyer information and use it only to respond to the inquiry.
• Follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection, tax, title, registration, privacy, and accessibility requirements.

Enforcement

Golf Cart Match may request corrections, pause inventory, reject imports, or end participation for inaccurate, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive activity under the Commercial Listing Policy. Questions about these standards may be sent to support@golfcartmatch.com.
