Model names and equipment can vary by year. Verify passenger capacity, seat orientation, battery chemistry and capacity, charger, display, lights, turn signals, mirrors, belts, audio, cameras, and any factory or dealer-installed options.
Do not treat a seller’s phrase such as street ready or street legal as proof. Check the title, VIN, registration, insurance, vehicle classification, and local road rules for yourself.

Test the electrical systems
Operate every light, signal, display, switch, accessory, charger, and USB outlet. Review battery state of charge, warning messages, range history when available, and evidence of water intrusion or accessory rewiring.
Inspect tires, alignment, steering, brakes, suspension, seats, roof supports, hinges, latches, and rear-seat hardware. Drive at low and moderate speed in a safe location.
Service support matters
Before buying, identify a nearby service provider and confirm access to model-specific parts and diagnostic support. A well-equipped cart can still be inconvenient if warranty, parts, or service options are unclear in the buyer’s area.
